When booking a Non-Refundable rate through our direct channel: -A 50% payment is required at the time of booking, and the remaining 50% is due at check-in. -The guest authorizes the hotel to charge the provided credit card, allowing the hotel to validate and process the payment without further authorization. -This rate does not allow cancellations, changes, or refunds.
