When booking a Non-Refundable rate through our direct channel: -A 50% payment is required at the time of booking, and the remaining 50% is due at check-in. -The guest authorizes the hotel to charge the provided credit card, allowing the hotel to validate and process the payment without further authorization. -This rate does not allow cancellations, changes, or refunds. In the event of cancellation, no-show, or early departure, the amount charged will not be refunded. -If the credit card is declined, the hotel may request an alternative form of payment or cancel the reservation, notifying the guest by email. -By confirming the reservation, the guest declares that they have read and accepted these payment terms and charge authorization.
